We currently accept up to 50 clients per month.

1. 1. 1. 1. Complete the Health History Form
      2. Once your Health History Form is reviewed, you will be emailed a link to schedule your Discovery Call with a Heilen+plus practitioner
      3. Your Discovery Call will allow you the chance to be heard regarding your health concerns and wellness goals. Your Heilen+plus practitioner will explain the program in detail and help you to decide if Heilen+plus is a good fit for you.
      4. Begin your journey to improving your health and wellbeing with life-lasting progress.
